We at Manpower are currently looking for a Finnish speaking Customer Service Representative for an assignment at 3M. This is a collaboration between us at Manpower and 3M. You will be employed by Manpower but work on site at 3M. At 3M, it is important to be able to combine work and private life and therefore they offer you the opportunity for both working remote and flexible hours during office hours.
The Impact You'll Make in this Role
In the role as a Customer Service Representative at 3M, you are responsible for your own premium customers. You mainly work with account management which includes administration and management of the order inflow, but also answer phone calls and emails. You will work in the business systems SAP and Salesforce and if it is new to you, you will get a solid introduction to the system.
Your Skills And Expertise
To be relevant for this assignment, you have previous experience of working in service. In addition, you are fluent in both Finnish and English in speech and writing. We also think you have a good knowledge and interest of getting acquainted with new systems as well as working with the computer as your main tool.
To succeed at 3M, it is important that you have a great drive and a flexible approach. It is also important that you are structured and appreciate teamwork. In addition, you are good at making new contacts as you will be collaborating with different departments at 3M. Finally, you are always set on finding solutions when problems arise. It is an advantage if you have previous experience of working with SAP and Salesforce, but not a requirement.
