Our customer company works within retail sales and are located in central Stockholm. We are now searching for a Finnish speaking customer service client for them, for a fulltime assignment with start ASAP. The assignment is initially for two months, with possibilities for extension.
Dina arbetsuppgifter
In the role as customer service client you will take part in a team consisting of colleagues working towards Sweden, Finland and Norway. You will support the Finnish clients via phone, chat and e-mail. The questions are usually connected to orders, invoices and the company's products. In addition there will also be several administrative tasks.
Din profil
We are searching for a person with previous experience within customer service or that has been working in a role with phone and e-mail contact earlier. Your mothertongue is Finnish and you also have good knowledge in English and Swedish. As a person you are service minded, communicative and structured.
