You have an interest in software, and you are experienced within customer service.
You are skilled with computer hardware, you are familiar with Office, and you are able to install windows/office.
You like working on the phone and you appreciate excellent service and are focused on good results.
You speak and understand Finnish and English, and you are familiar with other Nordic languages.
You will be working with Microsoft® software and server solutions for consumers, businesses and partners on the Nordic market. You will acquire great knowledge of the products, which enables you to make the right decisions and thereby give the best service to your customers.
