Are you Finnish-speaking and have experience of customer service, are enterprising and good with people, then this is a job for you! We collaborate with Consort AS to recruit Finnish-speaking customer advisors for a full-time position. Consort is a Norwegian company and will now establish in Sweden and we are therefore looking for customer consultants to be part of the new team and be involved in the development of Consort in Sweden!

Who are Consort?
Consort 's services can be divided into three categories; sales and customer service, insurance brokerage and consulting rental.
Consort AS is growing strongly due to the fact that several new customers need more employees for their newly established customer and sales center in Gothenburg. Consort works on behalf of a number of the largest and most reputable companies in Norway and Sweden.
Everyday life at Consort is varied and educational! We are looking for a person who like to talk to people; mainly through welcome calls and insurance mediation to existing customers from various banks that Consort Nordic works on behalf of. The work environment is important and it leads to good relationships. Consort wants to take care of the employees ' well-being and potential.

The main tasks as a customer advisor will be:
• Customer treatment and guidance by telephone, both incoming and outgoing calls.
• Contact with many different types of people and industries.
• Sales / additional sales.
• Collaboration with other departments at Consort.

Who are you?

We would be happy to see that you have an education in in economics, finance, or administration. It is an advantage if you have some experience from customer service - either from the customer center, stores or service. The most important thing is that you thrive in an outward-looking role. You must have good communication skills in Finnish and English both in speaking and in writing, and be able to quickly get acquainted with new computer systems and enjoy the telephone and computer as work tools. Knowledge in the Swedish language is an advantage but not required for this role. Furthermore, we see that you are an orderly and happy person who likes to take initiative!
All current consultants must undergo certification in the selection process before employment. The certification is covered by Consort Nordic and is a certification for arranging payment insurance. The consultant receives this certification and it is personal. The certification has been prepared by Finanskompetens.
