We are now looking for a Finnish speaking credit controller to one of our clients based in Kista. This is a consultant assignment that will start as soon as possible and last until august.

Publiceringsdatum2010-03-22Dina arbetsuppgifterYou will be part of a team of credit controllers in Stockholm. Your main customers will be the Lighting and Healthcare sectors in Finland. Key areas of responsibilities for this role are:
• conduct credit assessments, review the financial situation of new and current customers in order to independently assess the solid and liquid situation for the customer and from this be able to set the appropriate credit limit
• participate in and drive projects as well as develop and improve existing processes
• proactively monitor and maintain customer logs, which includes contact with the customers, credit ratings of blocked orders and to conduct â€proactive dunning†by telephone and e-mail
• continuous reporting and weekly reporting to the credit manager as well as the lighting and healthcare controllers
• close cooperation with our business controllers, sales representatives and back office etcetera.
The accounts receivable department is located in India and in your daily tasks it is included to support them, e.g. to allocate payments from customers where there is no concrete bank information.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
For this role you need to have a bachelor degree in business administration with a major in finance/accounting. If you also have experience from similar work or from an F&A department it is an advantage. You have excellent skills in Excel, other IT-tools and knowledge in SAP are preferable.
Furthermore you have excellent communication skills in English and fluency in Finnish is a demand for this position.
Your are customer oriented, have ability to coordinate multiple tasks, are a self-motivated and result driven team player. Further you have analytical skills with an eye for details.
