We are looking to recruit a Finnish speaking educator with hairdressing experience to Procter & Gamble, a successful international American company within consumer goods industry. You will be a part of their Training Studio for Wella and Sebastian in Helsinki.
Your main tasks will be to plan and lead training courses and events or seminars in the company’s Training Studio and in the field to support in salon training for customers. The role also involves a lot of collaboration with the Sales team and managers in order to provide customers with exemplary training in the company's hair products. You will also prepare and update course material and assist in promotion of products and services to drive sales. The role requires flexibility to travel regularly domestically and within Scandinavia. You will be travelling within Finland 3-4 days/week and will be provided a company car.
You have a passion for the Professional Haircare industry and 5 years professional hairdressing experience. You are responsible and flexible as a person, collaborate well and have strong communication skills, a passion for training and imparting knowledge and enjoy working in fast paced and dynamic industry. You are fluent in Finnish and have good English language skills.
