PerformIQ is on our client's behalf looking to hire a customer service representative to a full-time substitute for at least year. Our client is a well-known company in the oil industry and supplier of technically advanced lubricants and services.
As Finnish customer service representative you will answer the phone and help Finnish clients and internal salesmen with questions and problems. You will also register orders and clients information in the company's computer system. You will sit in a pleasant group of people from the Scandinavian countries.
Requirements:
You need to be fluent in Finnish; most probably it is your mother tongue. Knowledge in English and Swedish is desirable. Experience from telephone service is qualifying.
As a person you are a service minded and energetic problem solver and a good listener. You see solutions instead of problems, have self-esteem and can handle tough calls at times. Further you are a competitive fast learner. You should be interested in having this position for a longer period of time, with ambition to have this job for at least a year.
To work as a consultant at PerformIQ experience from sports or associations is qualifying. Please specify what sport you have practiced in your application.This task is part of our staffing work, which means that you will be hired by PerformIQ but work with our client.
Start: Instantly, with introduction the first months
Range: Full-time for at least a year.
Working hours: 08.00-16.15
Placement: Kungsholmen, Stockholm
