www.asus.se.ASUS NORDIC is looking for a Finnish support agent for our Nordic call centre in Kista, Stockholm
If you can speak more than 1 Nordic language, it will be a big plus.
Responsibilities:
• Offer on-line technical support to end users and other customers.
• On-line trouble shooting.
• Pre-sales questions answering.
• Other RMA related administration tasks.
Requirements:
• Fluent in Finnish – listening & speaking
• College graduate or equivalent (With technical background will be a plus)
• Good command of English – spoken & written
• Interested in computer science and IT technology
• No sophisticated skills and knowledge is required, and on-job training will be provided
