Babyshop.com is founded in 2006 and is a leading e-commerce company within children clothing in the Nordic countries. We are a young, dynamic company and we offer an exclusive shopping experience and excellent customer service with the best mixture of high-quality and own designed brands. Babyshop.com is growing rapidly and therefore we are looking for a Finnish-speaking customer care agent. Our goal is to become the leading e-commerce company within premium products for children clothing in Europe.
We are looking for someone with the ambition to actively participate to give our customers the best possible service and shopping experience. You enjoy working in a high pace and being involved in projects such as increasing customer satisfaction or improving routines and processes - all to enable us to deliver the best solutions possible to our customers. You will also be responsible for the customer care part of our social media flow as well as translate and update product information and other texts such as newsletters, brand information etc.
You are a executing "doer" who understands that the details makes a difference and has an excellent command of the Finnish and English language. An additional language is beneficial. The ideal candidate will be a highly driven self-starter who is determined to deliver results. You enjoy to give our customers service by answering their questions over phone, e-mail and social media. Some evening or weekend work may occur at peak times.
You have ideally experience from customer service and preferably over phone or e-mail. We value most your drive and passion but it's an extra plus if you have experience within:
• Clothing retail
• E-commerce
• Children?s products
• Sales
• Customer care
