Sitel Denmark is looking for a Finnish and Swedish speaking team leader for their Microsoft® project
On behalf of our client Sitel Denmark, Proffice is looking for a Finnish and Swedish speaking team leader for a new full-time position in their Nordic Customer Service Support Centre situated in the heart of Copenhagen.
SITEL Corporation is the leading provider of services within Customer Relationship Management, CRM. Sitel assist their clients in adding value to their customer relationships by finding and gaining new customers as well as nursing and developing existing customers.
SITEL Denmark is one of the leading Customer Contact Centres in Northern Europe. SITEL offers its customers inbound and outbound phoning and other e-CRM services within the fields; sales, customer service, technical support/helpdesk etc.
As the team leader you will among other things be occupied with:
• Daily management, motivation and coaching of the members of the team
• Handling customer requests within Microsoft® Software
• Taking part in team and client meetings
• Analysing and identifying problem areas
• Developing and implementing operational processes
• Client reporting
Qualifications:
• Wide experience with and interest in professional customer service
• Experience with staff management is an advantage
• Written and spoken English
• Speaks and writes Swedish and Finnish fluently
• Handles MS Office pack
