MultiMind is looking for a Finish speaking Service Delivery Specialist to a global telecom company in Stockholm. The role as service delivery specialist in Financial Services offers a variably job in a global support function where, in a positive sense, no day is like another. As Service Desk support customers both regarding SAP and Financial related matters, they can offer possibilities for individual development in broad spectra of competences. As a member of team of ten people, you will experience how a good atmosphere and supportive colleagues in combination with your own drive, fast will get you going. The service Desk is available to their customers Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30 pm.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will be to:
• Handle and analyze customer inquiries by request-tool and telephone in the Service Desk, responsible for resolving incoming queries world class service minded.
• Take responsibility for the flow of requests within the group so that the team can deliver according to SLA.
• Provide Global technical support to users and key users of SAP. Analyze and report errors in the SAP systems.
• Spot global process development areas and contribute to development from end-to-end process point of view, either as a part of daily business or as a project leader/member.
• On a daily basis contribute to the ongoing improvement of the FSS Customer Portal in order to increase the number of tickets solved by “self-serviceâ€. Expand and simplify the self-service concept.
• Perform training for specific groups regarding SAP related processes, FSS Self Service Tools and specific technical systems for example SAP.
Queries/tasks/problems are often complex and dissimilar/related, come from both internal and external customers as well as vendors, and generally require creative thinking and analytical ability, and implied to develop and/or investigate, analyze, evaluate different alternatives. Therefore a deep understanding of the company's organization, processes and ability to establish a large network within the company is needed.
Qualifications
Financial degree, at least 140-160 points.
Relevant experience of work, 1-3 years.
Customer and service focus is essential, excellent ability to listen, analyze and communicate.
Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications
Ability to work flexible and with individual responsibilities within a team.
Fluent in Finish, Swedish and English, both written and spoken, are mandatory.
