On the call center in Gothenburg it is currently working 300 people selling service and support to customers throughout the Nordic region.
We are now looking for Finish customer service employees to our office in Gothenburg that could start 28th September. The client is a company in the phone insurance. Your mission will be to take calls and to help customers in various insurance matters.
We require that you have Finish as your native language or talk the language fluently. We also require very good English skills, both spoken and written. You should have good experience from customer service work as well as good technical knowledge when it comes to mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets, etc.
As a person you are service minded and think that excellent customer service is everything, you enjoy working in a fast pace and you have passion to learn new things. We work in teams so it is important that you are a good team player, take responsibility and are punctual. Further, you are used to work with computers and find it easy to learn new systems.
The job is full time with varying working hours, both weekdays and weekends.
