Job Description
We are looking for a Financial Systems administrator/specialist who will be responsible for maintenance and support in our ERP systems, primarily Maconomy but also possibly in IFS.
In this position, you will work as part of a multinational team based in Vaanta (Finland) and Solna (Sweden). We have a responsibility for ERP-systems that are used globally hence lots of communication with other countries on a daily basis. The position will be located in Solna or Vaanta

Examples of areas of responsibility are :
Work with, and document, change requests according to governance model
Identify and drive improvements related to Maconomy and/or IFS
Work with configuration and maintenance of current setup in Maconomy and IFS
Drive finance data migrations in M&A's (new companies, mergers)
Support and advice finance users globally in Maconomy issues (give advice on accounting, help with posting errors)
Qualifications
To succeed in this position we think that you are a teamplayer that loves to collaborate with others and take initiatives to solve problems and find the best and most efficient solution to achieve the best possible result.
To be perfect for this position you would need a solid experience from:
Working as a System admin for Maconomy and/or IFS
Working with distributed teams
A solid understanding of financial processes
Understanding and experience from governance processes
It is beneficial if you have experience from working:
In an international environment
With M&A's (financial consolidation)
Skills/Education:
Bachelors degree in Finance or similar
Language: Full professional English (written/spoken) required. Professional Swedish and/or Finnish is desirable
Solid understanding of Maconomy and potential other ERP-systems through training and/or working experience
A good understanding for core finance processes
