Are you a proactive expert with strong technical and analytical skills, who thrives on influencing and driving change?!

We are now looking for a Financial Specialist to join Stena Line's Payables & Banking team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Financial Specialists and other teams within Finance to drive projects and change initiatives that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance.

Some of your key responsibilities:
Responsible for several of our core processes within the team both operational in the day-to day business but also on a strategical level (e.g. Invoice-to-pay, Supplier Setup, VAT)
Actively work on improving and transforming our processes (e.g. increase automation and straight through processing)
Drive projects and change within the team
Train the team and other parts of the organisation
Admin and support in our invoice flow system Medius

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in economics or equivalent education
At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable within a finance department
At least 3 years of experience with invoice flow system Medius, experience in our other Stena Line Finance system JD Edwards is an advantage
Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
