OM TJÄNSTEN
As Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist your main tasks will be to support the organization with knowledge, models and tools to fulfill the needs for financial follow up, business planning and business control.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
• Supporting the organization with financial planning and control in order to contribute to high performance within the organization with a high focus on project management
• Providing decision-makers with adequate and timely financial and non-financial information
• Managing the forecasting process for projects, resources and organizational units to contribute to a better business awareness and resource planning
• Develops and prepares the organization's financial plans and budgets, interprets financial reports, and maintains good corporate relations with the investment and banking communities.
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
• University degree in finance, accounting or business administration.
• 3-5 years' experience in accounting, project accounting, auditing, management consultancy or similar.
• Proven understanding of accounting and knowledge in common controlling methods and models. * Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Essbase and Hyperion or other IT tools to perform Business and Financial Control.
• Excellent language skills in written and spoken English.
Technical Skills & Requirements: Analytical Thinking: Synthesizes information from various sources by breaking it down into relevant components and generating new data when needed; considers a broad range of issues when determining relevance of data.
To be successful in this position it requires you to be analytical, thorough and structured. The ideal candidate is proactive and likes to drive changes, is service minded and has good communication and social skills.
