About the position
Perido is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist to our client, an outsourcing and consulting group of workforce solutions provider. The client is a global leader in integrated workforce solution delivery for clients worldwide, utilizing proven talent supply chain strategies. The position is placed in Stockholm.
Your daily tasks
As a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist, your main tasks will be to support the organization with knowledge, models, and tools to fulfill the needs for financial follow-up, business planning, and business control. These are your responsibilities:
Supporting the organization with financial planning and control to contribute to high performance within the organization with a high focus on project management
Providing decision-makers with adequate and timely financial and non-financial information
Managing the forecasting process for projects, resources, and organizational units to contribute to better business awareness and resource planning
Perform monthly accounting closes and forecasts process and budget activities to contribute to a better business awareness and resource planning
Conduct analyses of business initiatives, competitors, benchmark data, operational effectiveness, prospected mergers, and acquisitions to guide business decisions
Participate in improving the reporting structure such as product hierarchy, department structure and headcount allocation
Conduct a complex analysis of standard business and financial decisions
Your characteristics
You are a doer who makes things happen and can see things from a holistic perspective. Problem solving comes natural for you and you always find a way to come up with the right solutions, from which you can gain valuable insights. The analyze-data part really is where you shine while compiling data and perform complex analysis which will be helpful for the organization. Lastly, building strong long-term business relationships comes natural for you.

Qualifications:
University degree in finance, accounting, or business administration
3-5 years' experience in accounting, project accounting, auditing, management consultancy or similar
Proven understanding of accounting and knowledge in common controlling methods and models
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Essbase and Hyperion or other IT tools to perform Business and Financial Control
Excellent language skills in written and spoken English
Contract type and hours
Full time, consulting assignment until 2023-12-31. Start 2023-03-12.
