Your role and responsibilities
As a Financial Planning & analysis, you will conduct analyses and research economic progressions to assist Nasdaq's financial planning. Furthermore, you will develop and prepare the organization's financial plans and budgets, interpret financial reports, and maintain good corporate relations with the investment and banking communities. Furthermore, you will:
Creates and consolidates reports to fulfill the need for financial follow up, business planning and business control within the organization.
Performs monthly accounting closes and forecasts process and budget activities to contribute to a better business awareness and resource planning.
Conducts analyses of business initiatives, competitors, benchmark data, operational effectiveness, prospected mergers and acquisitions to guide business decisions.
Participates in improving the reporting structure such as product hierarchy, department structure and headcount allocation.
Conducts a complex analysis of standard business and financial decisions.
What you will bring
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
A couple of years of relevant working experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills as you will liaise with development/business teams + clients
A strong inner drive and likes to be one step ahead, constantly willing to learn and develop

Financial industry knowledge
