We are now looking for an Analyst for our Financial Planning and Analysis team to ensure efficient business performance in the years ahead.
The role
Being a part of the Global function, you provide support in financial planning & analysis for all entities of Svea Solar - in Sweden and in five other markets. The role assumes various regular and ad-hoc planning, modeling, reporting and analysis tasks coordinated by the Head of FP&A.
Your work is crucial in making sure that all departments make smarter and data-driven operational and strategic decisions based on the prognosis and scenarios that you create. To be more specific, the role can be described with the following:
• Collecting and extracting historical data for in-depth analysis from diverse sources such as the company's management accounts, CRM tool, industry reports, and financial models.
• Supporting budget planning process.
• Conducting variance analysis, financial modeling, and providing support to key stakeholders in decision-making.
• Consolidating and presenting data and conclusions to enhance overall financial strategy.
• Mapping various scenarios to assess their impact on the company's financial condition, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.

The role is very broad, and there is always something new to learn about the business structure and operations. In turn, we have a few things that we find important to succeed in this role:
Education and experience:
• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
• Up to a couple of years of experience in financial analysis, audit, business control, or financial due diligence.
• Experience in applying clear and transparent methodologies in conducting analyses, financial modeling, and reporting.
Personal traits:
• Highly analytical and attentive to details.
• Structured and methodological solution-oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills to be able to convey analysis to the stakeholders.
• Ownership and accountability of scope of work.
