Right now, we are looking for a new financial and business controller to the G&A team at our Stockholm office. You will as our financial and business controller be an important contributor to the group's operations by providing valuable (financial) business data to the management team as well as the board of directors. You will also play an important part in the business' forecasting and planning by closely interacting with the sales and marketing departments and the customer success team to produce reliable revenue forecasts and analysis of the development of the business' revenues and recurring revenues over time.
The job What you will work with...
• ultimately responsible for the group's accounting
through external accounting partners)
• coordination of the monthly-, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• high-level salary administration (again through external partners)
• consolidation, analysis and management of the group's costs and cost structure
• reporting to management, board of directors and external stakeholders
• day to day cash management for the group
• customer billing and revenue recognition
• subscription management and revenue forecasting
Requirements We want you to have / be...
• a few years' (relevant) experience with accounting and closing procedures, general corporate taxation matters and financial reporting
• fluent in swedish and english
• good understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
• experience in working with and controlling through the use of KPI's
Qualifications We hope you have...
• previously worked with B2B software or SaaS (or both)
• good understanding of processes and data flows and being used to working with process oriented systems and software
• analytical ability and an understanding of relationships and "cause/effect"
• social maturity manifested by having the confidence and ability to engage in discussions with management / budget owners and the sales organisation
• a structured persona with good ability to plan and prioritise your time with reference to short lead times and important deadlines.
