You will be responsible for securing and coordinating accounting and finance to perfection, and continuously develop processes and organization for new realities.

Publiceringsdatum2012-05-14Dina arbetsuppgifterAs a Financial Manager your main duties will be to lead and develop the accounting and finance organization and continuously secure and improve the accounting and finance processes. You have budget responsibility for own staff and specific projects. You will report to the CFO and have the Accounting Manager and the Financial Controller as direct reports.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
For this position, it is a requirement that you have a university degree in accounting and finance or similar and extensive experience of accounting in general and group accounting in specific.You have also developed and worked with financial/business controlling and reporting as well as BI-solutions, preferably at a company listed on the stock exchange. It is a great advantage if you have experience from a retail industry and or from working in a group with subsidiaries in several countries. Moreover, you have experience of leading and coordinating processes and projects. Your English as well as your Swedish is fluent, both written and spoken.
As a person you have a natural drive and a great amount of energy. You have a genuine interest in Filippa K and you are structured, team-oriented and focused on development. You are also a good role model and have excellent leadership skills. Furthermore, you have an analytical ability as well as high integrity and strong communications skills.
