On behalf of one of our clients, an international company in Östermalm, we are currently looking for a Financial Manager / Ekonomichef for a temporary assignment. The assignment, which is full-time, will start immediately.

Publiceringsdatum2011-05-16Dina arbetsuppgifterIn the role you will manage a team of four accountants and have contact with seven accounting agencies throughout Europe and the US who are responsible for the day-to-day accounting, invoicing and month-end closings.
Furthermore, your responsibilities include:
• group accounts
• providing a structure for bank contacts
• ensuring the quality and consistency of financial administration
• overseeing the timely completion of financial processes
• preparing the financial statements
• liquidity management
• VAT and taxes
• coordinating internal and external audits
• being system owner of the accounting system (Agresso)
• being the main contact for accountancy agencies.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
We want you to have a relevant university degree and a solid background in accounting (IFRS, Swedish statutory accounting). You also have knowledge of consolidation, tax laws and experience with internal control aspects. Furthermore, you have previous experience from leading a small team, excellent Excel skills and are fluent in both Swedish and English.
We see it as an advantage if you have previously worked in an international environment, have experience as an auditor or know how to use Agresso.
As a person you are organised, structured and posses solid leadership skills. You are also a team player who can work independently and have no problem working towards deadlines.
