hela Sverige We are the future of boating! Candela is producing the world's first (and so far only!) foiling electrical boat. We kicked off serial production during 2019 and now we are scaling up - not only production - but also our professionalism in finance and administration. For that purpose we are looking for a Financial Manager to our headquarter in Gåshaga, Lidingö.

As our Financial Manager we expect you to develop, structure and lead the financial work in parallel to operationally work with accounting, handling supplier ledgers and salary payments. You will report directly to our CEO.
Areas of responsibility:
• Handle supplier ledgers, supplier invoices and payments
• Monthly-, quartely- and yearly closings
• Establishment of legal reports, handle tax issues and declarations
• Make cash-flow analysis and support the organization with other economic analysis
• Be the contact person in relation to auditors, banks, insurance companies and authorities in legal and accounting issues
• Handling of salary payments
• Act as support to the organization in economic issues
Qualifications and experience
Qualifications for the areas of responsibility can have been aquired through experience and/or relevant education. We wish that you have worked in a similar position, preferable in a manufacturing company with extensive supplier legends and inventory accounting. Professional skills in Excel is required and it's a plus if you are familiar with Fortnox which is Candela's accounting and salary system. You need to be fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
Personality
For this role we see that you need to be accurate, accountable, service minded, self-managed and comfortable in decision-taking. We also believe you need to be solution oriented, prestigeless and feel comfortable in a dynamic, fast changing environment.
An interest for boats and an entrepreneur mid set is of course a plus. We who work at Candela (approx 30 persons) are all thrilled to bless the world with our fossile free alternative to boating and are of course hoping you feel the same. We are 100% focused on what we do but are at the same time conscious about finding an acceptable balance with our lives outside Candela. The position is full time, prefered start date is 1st of June 2020.
