hela Sverige Financial ManagerThe main task of the Financial Manager is to bring industrial competence to support the company?s Supply Chain. Be active as a project leader or board member influencing business set-ups.
Act as an industrial specialist and management consultant with understanding for entrepreneurial environment.
Actively manage business development projects together with co-workers as well as external and internal.
Execute feasibility studies and business plans.
Engage in potential acquisitions or joint ventures etc within industry or raw material sourcing.
Secure a clear alignment of the entire value chain in the projects together with different internal stakeholders.
Create conditions for professional supplier and maintaining them.
Support strategic important company suppliers.
Ensure business the company?s way.
Reports to the CEO.
Knowledge/Experience:
10 years of experience in related field of work with proven track record
Deep industrial experience in management position
Economic/financial experience of business development, acquisition and/or investments
Management consulting experience
Experience of complex business with external partners or as experienced entrepreneur
International experience
University degree in economics or engineering or corresponding knowledge
Experience from product development and/ or production optimization?
Deep knowledge concerning how organizations work
Deep knowledge of English, both spoken and written
Genuine interest of finding solutions that suits both business needs and people
Strong businessman ship
Highly communicative with great energy
Great skills in motivating and influencing others
Decisive with great personal integrity
Shows enthusiasm, drive and determination
Holistic perspective using both tactical and strategic approach
Development oriented and open to changes and new working methods
Good negotiating and problem solving skills
High ability to handle wide scope of activities within supply chain
Foresee the consequences of one?s own actions and act from high moral and ethical principles
Great analytical skills and ability to structure complex issues
