Your responsibility as Financial Director will be to secure and coordinate accounting, finance, business controlling and navigation, at Plantagen, to perfection and continuously develop the organization and its processes for new realities.
You will ensure that laws are followed and that rules are obeyed while at the same time improve the business knowledge in the entire organization, and thus enable substantiated decisions. You will report to the Deputy CEO/CFO.
The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden or Oslo, Norway. We look forward to receiving your application.
Publiceringsdatum2014-05-19Dina arbetsuppgifterYou will be responsible for the leadership and development of the accounting, finance, controlling and navigation organization. Furthermore you will develop and lead the processes and projects within this area.
Moreover you will support and coach colleagues in Group Executive Management and in the entire organization
You will lead the work with developing/improving and securing:
• group accounting and the annual report
• reporting
• analysis, forecasts and budgets
• financing and cash control
• common models, tools and KPI's
• external relations such as with auditors and banks
You will have budget responsibility for your own staff and specific projects. Two controllers will be reporting to you directly and you report to the Deputy CEO/CFO.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
For this position we require that you have a university degree in finance and accounting or similar and a broad finance & accounting as well as controlling background, most likely from a company that is registered on the stock exchange. You have good knowledge in accounting, group accounting, finance, financial control, business navigation and project management.
Moreover, you have proven skills of formal and informal leadership, preferably from working in a changing environment. You have very good communication and pedagogical skills. Your English is at a working level, both written and spoken.
As a person you are structured, analytical and problem-solving. You are pragmatic, proactive and humble. Furthermore you are innovative and always with a focus on control and quality. You are also team oriented with high integrity.
