Do you have a passion for the risk management discipline, have experience from strategic financial crime analysis, risk mitigation and interaction with authorities and want to contribute in the fight against financial crime?

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Support the AFC organization in its mission to detect and prevent financial crime

• Be a part of the AFC 1st Line Risk & Intelligence team that consists of highly skilled employees

• Deliver analyses on risk exposure and risk management effectiveness covering a broad set of risk topics in a wide range of disciplines including anti-money laundering, sanctions evasion, and fraud, as standalone intelligence reports, risk awareness disseminations and information to management, and to assure management of identified risks

• Be responsible for:


coordinating and drive analysis projects within AML/CTF/FS;

• facilitating risk mitigation activities based on internal/external events; and

• performing strategic financial crime analysis on portfolio level or identified segment risk;

• providing FC risk related advice and subject matter expertise to relevant stakeholders across the bank, including participation in reference groups, committees and requirement settings

• Work closely with all AFC units, business areas, Group Risk and Group Compliance (second line of defence) to find effective and efficient solutions

• Foster a sound risk culture and ensure a continuous improvement of the risk and compliance maturity within AFC

What is needed in this role:

• University degree (minimum Bachelor's degree, Masters is meriting)

• Previous experience from strategic financial crime analysis and risk management

• Previous experience in Banking / Financial Services

• Experience working with risk and intelligence matters in a Financial Crime functional setting

• Driven and solution-oriented team player with great cooperation skills

• Strong data analytical skills

• Acting and working in accordance to our values; open, simple and caring

• Ability to present complex matters in a simple and understandable way, both orally and in writing

• Proactive and helpful attitude, high integrity and a professional approach

• Excellent English skills, both spoken and written

• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
