The specific roles and responsibilities for this position include the following:
• Financial Work, as well as current accounts
• Bookkeeping issues
• Preparation of monthly financial statements
• Handling all invoice processing and payment workflow
• Documenting and filing monthly invoices
• Providing support on finance issues, policies and practices
ProfilAs a person you develop a positive working relationship with all team members. You have a "can do" attitude and responde positively and immediately to all requests. Futher more you participate in fostering a positive working environment within the office/company. We think you have a BA/BS degree, preferably in finance or accounting and 3-4 years of experience in Finance, Accounting or relevant field. You have the ability to mange multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You have proven analytical and creative problem solving skills. Your advananced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel together with your SAP or other ERP system experience is preferred. You need to be fluent in English as well as in Swedish. You are based in Stockholm and report to the Financial Manager.
