For one of our clients we are now looking for an experienced Financial Controller with the right personality to actively work together with many different stakeholders within the organization. The client company works within the banking sector.
This is a full time temporary position from the beginning of May until the end of the year.

Publiceringsdatum2013-04-27Dina arbetsuppgifterAs Financial Controller your responsibilities will be to provide high quality financial intelligence to the business in monthly, quarterly and annual financial performance reports. Your main tasks will be to:
• provide ad-hoc financial analysis to the business focusing on the underlying business drivers
• actively support the business in the financial planning process as well as in the financial follow-up process
• actively drive, take part and ensure continuous improvement in the financial reporting products and processes to realize best-in-class financial information
• actively drive and take part in ventures and projects to represent the Group Finance perspective, provide financial expertise etc.
• actively manage the relationship to the stakeholder as well as all departments taking part in the financial process.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
Applicants for the role as Financial Controller have a Master's degree within finance or related fields and at least 5 years of experience within finance and/or controlling. You are fluent in English, both spoken and written, with excellent computer skills and proficiency in Excel and Power Point. You have a strong ability to translate figures into comments when developing financial reports and analysis, and excellent presentation skills. Moreover, thanks to your competence within accounting, you have an ability to acquire knowledge of how accounting mirrors the business and serves the business in the best possible way.
The person we are looking for has an ability to change between details and the big picture and sort and structure information quickly. You are problem solving oriented, thorough and persistent in your work and have a high working capacity. We also expect you to be able to interact with internal stakeholders and coordinate effectively with other internal departments as a team player to ensure relationships of a high quality of service and credibility.
