Filippa K is now offering you the opportunity to get a challenging and exciting position in one of Scandinavia's most successful fashion companies. For recruitment we are seeking a self-driven, team-oriented and problem solving Financial Controller with focus on follow up, quality and development. Your responsibility will be to secure internal and external financial reporting in the whole organisation.

Publiceringsdatum2012-01-13Dina arbetsuppgifterAs Financial Controller, your responsibility will be to secure perfect internal and external financial reporting according to laws, stock exchange rules, board instructions/expectations and company needs.
You will develop/improve, secure and lead the work with the
• consolidated financial statements and annual reporting
• financial reporting and analysis
• budget and forecast process, and follow up for the whole company
• data information and quality in the decision support system
Furthermore you will have budget responsibility for specific projects, i.e. part of BI-development. You report to the CFO.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
For this position, it is a requirement that you have a university degree in accounting and finance or similar and extensive experience of accounting in general and group accounting in specific. It is a great advantage if you have experience from a retail industry and or from working in a group with subsidiaries in several countries. Moreover, you have experience of leading and coordination of processes and projects. You have also developed and worked with financial/business controlling and reporting as well as BI-solutions, preferably at a company listed on the stock exchange. Furthermore you are used to perform analysis and it's seen as very positive with experience of IFRS. Your English as well as your Swedish is fluent, both written and spoken.
As a person you have a natural drive and a great amount of energy. You have a genuine interest in Filippa K and you are structured, team-oriented and focused on development. You are also a god role model and have excellent leadership skills, especially when it comes to project management. Furthermore, you have an analytical ability as well as high integrity and strong communications skills. Of course, your values are in line with Filippa K's - style, simplicity and quality.
