hela Sverige To provide proactive financial leadership to the Head of Product Line (PL) head and his/her team.
He/She will play a key leadership role in enabling the PL to deliver profitable growth through insightful analysis, pro-active decision making support and action focused performance measurement
He/She will also lead the strategic planning, budgeting and reporting processes for the Product Line.
He/she will be a member in the PL Laundry leadership team as well the Finance Leadership Team.
The main responsibilities of the role are:
Lead the Strategic Planning process for the Product Line:
• Work closely with the Head of Product Line and his/her team and support development of the strategic plan and the linked Product Line generation plan with aggressive but realistic share, revenue and costs targets
• Own the Product Line Profit and Loss setting targets for all cost lines as well as the CAPEX for the respective Product Line
• By providing financial leadership, support the PL team to deliver long term sustainable profitable growth and return on capital employed
• Work closely with the Finance teams in the Sector, Industrial Operations, R&D, Sales and Marketing to ensure best financial information flow and delivery of the targets for the different lines in the P&L
Optimize business performance:
• Able to take prompt actions and drive changes aimed at constant and consistent optimization of performance
• Increase profitability by improving the Product Life Cycle revenue management through better financial analysis
• Control and forecasting of the Pan European Costs (PEC) budgets of respective PL team
• With the Head of PL, champion the right internal controls attitude within the PL teams
• Provide leadership as regards product IR, including preparation, follow up & follow through by supporting and coaching the Category Controllers
• Provide support to Global Product Boards & Global Operations Controlling.
• Drive portfolio analysis and execution to ensure right balance of product category profitability.
• Reporting and follow-up on key PL financials through budget and seasonal target variance analysis
• Provide monthly and quarterly analysis aimed at improving business performance to both Product Line head and the PL team
• Support the PL management team in driving continuous range optimization in terms of profitability, revenue and complexity
• Drive and support continuous improvement initiative and cost efficiency management in the Product line

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Overall Experience
• Having worked in a truly international environment
• A minimum of 10 years of business experience , with at least 5 years of people leadership experience
• Solid experience in financial performance target setting and monitoring and investment controlling.
• Experience in working with people of all level and of multi-functional and multi-cultural teams
• Proven track record in project management
Require Languages
• Solid command of English
• Any other European languages would be added advantage
