hela Sverige We are looking for a Financial Controller Digital for an international company in Gothenburg. Start ASAP, 5 months contract to begin with.
Assignment description and main responsibilities
As a part of a team of three manage and strengthen the financial support of the Global department, Digital.
Establish and improve upon existing management controlling and reporting practices.
Identify key drivers and set up performance follow up.
Monthly Financial reports
Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
Accruals and approvals in assigned functions
Continuous improvement of the financial controlling function and processes
Enable the organization to achieve primary goals in reducing cost, increase the efficiency and streamline processes.
Identify and mitigate risks and opportunities.
Drive and coordinate cross functional initiatives within digital and adjacent business functions
Interface and related parties are Global department head and Finance management.
Deliveries
Actuals analysis and follow up on a monthly basis towards forecast and budget. Produce timely insights reports, challenge management and be vocal.
Competence requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance from a global controlling function or similar environment with relevant experience from consolidation and financial reporting.
Proficient in understanding and interpreting financial information and communicating the information in a clear and concise manner
Good English
Other requirements
University degree in Business Administration (major in finance or accounting) or equivalent
Good knowledge in IFRS accounting standards and Group consolidation
Experience from an international environment
Ability to plan, coordinate and execute work with many different stakeholders involved
Experience in SAP is an asset
Our client is looking for an open-minded and driven team player who is articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills and high level of business acumen. Having a holistic mindset and good analytical skills are also key factors in this role as well as being highly organized and with a highly-driven ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on capacity. Further, you are motivated by working independently and being able to think creatively and solution orientally.
The team Will work in a team of both Financial and Business controllers with varied level of experience from 2 years controlling experience to 20 years of controlling experience. Each Financial controller is responsible for a Global department or several if the departments are small. On Digital on the other hand there are several controllers on that one department as the cost base and number of FTE's are large.
This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Gothenburg. Start is ASAP and the contract period is 5 months to begin with.
