We offer you
In this role as Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the accounting & reporting of Kappahl Sweden. You make sure that the entity follows both internal accounting principles as well as external regulation when it comes to accounting and tax. You are curious and keep yourself updated on new rules and regulations within your area. You are responsible for the monthly and yearly closings, creation of annual report as well as tax declaration. You are responsible for handling of contracts and follow that our costs develop accordingly. You will drive and secure an efficient process for your area of responsibility as well as offering great service towards your colleagues. You will report to the Group financial manager.**
Your profile** We are seeking you who have 5 years or more of experience as finance controller, accounting manager or equivalent, preferably in a larger retail or sales organization. You have a degree in business administration or equivalent economic education. Experience from one of the bigger audit firms is a plus. You have experience from monthly and yearly closings, as well as creating annual reports and tax declarations.
As a person you are thorough and structured and you enjoy keeping high quality of your work. You are analytical and business-minded, and you have high integrity in following rules and regulations. You are a team player that offer good service towards your colleagues. You communicate in a clear way in both Swedish and in English that is our group language. You organize your work to make sure that we follow the company's timeline and business goals. You enjoy change and are open to develop both yourself and the processes within your responsibility.
