Are you our next Financial Controller?
As a Financial Controller with a focus on Sales Controlling, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the financial aspects of the sales function within the organization. This role involves monitoring and analyzing sales performance, managing budgets, and collaborating with sales and finance teams to ensure effective financial planning and reporting. The Financial Controller will play a crucial role in providing insights that contribute to the achievement of sales targets and overall financial success.
Main responsibilities
Sales Performance Analysis:
Analyze and interpret sales data to evaluate performance against targets and objectives.
Provide in-depth insights into product, customer, and market trends affecting sales.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand the factors influencing sales performance.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Develop, manage, and monitor sales budgets and forecasts.
Work closely with sales teams to align financial goals with sales strategies.
Provide variance analysis and explanations for actual vs. budgeted sales performance.
Financial and Sales Reporting:
Prepare and present regular financial reports on sales performance to management.
Highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics relevant to sales controlling.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales-related financial information.
Cost and Margin Analysis:
Evaluate product costs, margins, and profitability.
Identify opportunities to optimize pricing strategies and improve gross margins.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to assess the financial impact of pricing decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align financial goals.
Collaborate with business partners to understand market dynamics and customer behavior.
Provide financial insights to support decision-making and drive sales growth.

To be successful in this job, we believe that you possess the following requirements and skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional accounting or finance certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
• Proven experience in financial controlling, with a focus on sales analysis and performance.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of sales processes, pricing strategies, and market dynamics.
• Experience with financial systems and tools, including ERP and business intelligence platforms
• Working experience from Chinese enterprise
• Fluent Chinese and English in speaking and writing
