We are looking for short-term Financial Controllers or Accountants who have experience with reconciliation for our international customer in Lund.
Your key responsibilities and duties will be:
• Set up and maintain a reconciled cost reporting towards the company 's external and internal stakeholders, based on the statutory accounting / general ledger
• Supported by the Finance Group, Business Controlling, and Project Controlling, to develop, implement, and maintain, a monthly cost reporting towards internal and external stakeholders
• Reconcile the monthly cost reporting with the general ledger including supporting documentation
• Analyse, develop, and maintain the standards for the cost reporting, based on requirements from internal and external stakeholders
• Create guidelines and documentation on cost reporting and reconciliation
• Support the reconciliation of other transactions, e.g. related to contributions in kind
• Make recommendations on data quality
This recruitment process is a collaboration with Adecco. The role is a consultant assignment with starting date as soon as possible and will proceed during a period of about three months. The office is based in Lund.
About you
You have good understanding of bookkeeping and annual reporting - Ideally you are an accountant with exposure to financial controlling and proven experience in reconciliation or you are a financial controller with exposure to accounting and proven experience in reconciliation. Experience of working in an international environment and intercultural skills are essential. As a person you are responsible, well-structured, and have an eye for details.
Important for the role:
• Bachelor or master degree in accounting or business administration
• Minimum two years of experience in reconciliation
• Experience in working with multiple currencies
• Excellent Excel skills (including Pivot tables)
• Experience of working with Unit 4 Business World, is considered an asset
• Fluency in English
