hela Sverige NEOPOST, the leading European and second largest worldwide supplier of mailrooms and logistics solutions, with annual sales of more than 900 million Euro, is looking for a Financial Controller to join its Sweden operation on a fulltime basis.
This position reports into the Sweden Finance and Administration Director and the successful candidate will be part of an increasingly successful and fast growing company.
As part of the Swedish finance team, your job responsibilities will include:
• Participating to the preparation of of accurate monthly reporting and quarterly forecasting to the HQ as well as producing full sets of internal management reports
• Participating to budget and three year plan exercises
Bookeeping tenure (general ledger, payables, local cash in a cash pooling system) with the help of an accountant
• Taxes declarations
• Working with the Finance Director to integrate business acquisitions from a financial standpoint
• Participating to interim/final Audit with our auditors
• Project work to support and control business initiatives
• Working with the Finance Director to improve the integrity of financial information and the systems which drive that information
As a qualified Accountant with good all round Financial Accounts experience you will need to have a methodical approach and be able to meet tight deadlines.
You must be confident at using Microsoft office, especially Excel.

As an ideal candidate you have a university degree in businessadm./economics and at least 3-5 years work experience, preferably from an international group.
