Role description
As a Financial Controller, you will have the full responsibility for the accounting of CEES AB. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Finance and HR in the development of the financial processes of the company. You will have an overall view on the full cost evolution of the company and engage with the different functions to find the best solutions together. For that purpose, you will also be the key person for the Monitor system (ERP system).
You will be an ambassador of finance and you have eye for the details as well as the full scope. This is where your ability to easily zoom in and out, will come in handy. If you also like to engage others in the creative process and network cross-functionally, then this is clearly the role for you.
In this role you will also be responsible for:
The accounting process of the company. This includes maintaining the incoming statement and the balance sheet of CEES AB, running the monthly closing process and secure consolidated reporting into the Volvo Group. You will also be responsible for the daily cash management activities
Securing proper use of the ERP system across the company as you 'll be the Super User
Perform relevant business control activities by being close to the business. Participate in the sales quotation process, hands- on business control over production and technology activities

A bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting
Several years of experience in Accounting and Financial Analysis
Knowledge of the Monitor system would be a plus but it 's not mandatory, passion and interest are more important
You are pro-active, self-going and a good communicator
Fluent in Swedish as well as English

CE Engineering Solutions AB has a good reputation in Scandinavia as an expert adaptor of construction and mining machinery for special applications. Working for several leading OEMs, including Volvo CE, adaptations include developing new bodies for haulers (fuel, water, waste etc.), rail conversions for wheeled excavators, as well as conversions for military and underground mining applications. Special applications for Articulated Haulers, Wheel Loaders, Crawler and Wheeled Excavators.
