Financial Controlling and Risk Management is responsible for financial steering, performance reporting as well as risk management and controlling within our Customer Solutions business.
The work of our team is characterized by high competence within finance combined with deep business knowledge and ability to communicate in an educational way and you act as the sounding board to management in the financial planning and optimization. With transparent reporting of the business and related financials you and your colleagues influence the financial development, as well as consequences of different actions, on both short and long term.
You will have a large own responsibility and actively drive and perform various financial analyzes as well as your duties within monitoring and reporting as well as being a natural sounding board to colleagues with the Swedish and global finance organization. You report to the Head of Financial Controlling and Risk Management.
The role Financial Controller includes responsibility
* Compilation, consolidation and reporting of the results and balance sheet of our City business as well as supporting Customer Solution financial controlling tasks
* Run the process for budget, three-year plan and forecasts for our City business
* Analyze and communicate the financials together with colleagues locally as well as in the global finance organization
* Being a key person in the development and implementation of efficient finance processes, both overarching for the Customer Solution business and for the City business within
* Acting as main contact within our department towards the Finance department at our City business and have a close collaboration with the Finance Director of the business
* Keeping on-top of business progress and development within our City business and functioning as the expert within our department
The role is located in Malmö.
We expect you to have a university degree within Finance and a proven track record within finance / controlling. To be successful in the role as Financial Controller you need to have very strong analytical skills and an ability to capture, understand, interlink and evaluate information which is relevant for the business you work with. You can identify root causes to problems and you can find and drive improvements. You work proactively and in collaboration with others when managing the financial processes within the City business which interlink with the overall Customer Solution financial processes. Presentation and communications skills in English and Swedish and ability to present complex matters in a simple way both verbally and written are important competences for the role. Solid experience from working with finance systems and tools such as SAP, Tagetik, QlikView and Excel is highly valued.
