For our client we are looking for a Financial Controller
Job description:
We are looking for an experienced Financial controller who is confident in their role and able to handle various ad hoc tasks. For example, participating in projects, not necessarily purely financial controller related. Task in the assignment are:
Forecast and planning. Seniority in this area is preferred
Continuously improving the above processes
Coordinate and facilitate prioritizations on total spend. Analyze and challenge global spend
Monthly reporting, consolidation and analysis of actuals. Reporting to Group Finance
Gather input from business controllers regarding deviations
Preparing presentations of financials to various stakeholders within the organization
Involved in process development and improvement
Involved in drafting business and system requirements on, and by, the Finance function
Cooperate with our Shared Services provider to aid focusing on continuously improving efficiency and transparency
Participate in projects
Ad hoc tasks aiding the establishment and growth of our function and business
We believe that you are a team player driven by fast paced work with a co:spirited and dynamic environment. You work proactively and bring in your experience, related to primarily budgeting and forecasting. You have strong analytical capabilities and strive to deliver on a high level. You have the capability to switch focus from the details to the big picture and respond to changing priorities.
Required skills:
Excellent Excel skills.
Awesome at creating interesting presentations, preferably with an innovative twist.
Preferred skills:
Previous experience from IFRS is definitely an advantage.
