The Shared services Centre provides finance services to all sales companies in Western Europe. The role includes great responsibilities and we are therefore looking for a person with previous controller experience. So, what are you going to do today?
Who you are
About the jobYou will belong to the Reporting and Controlling team based within the Shared Service Centre in Lund. Responsibilities cover accounting tasks, account reconciliation, VAT, management reporting as well as statutory reporting. The team support the local shared services colleagues in many areas within finance. You will be responsible for a couple of companies but also act as back- up to your team. The Shared Service Centre is continuously under development with the aim to take on new assignments to meet our customers need. Who are you? In order to qualify to the role as Financial Controller, you have both feet on the ground, and a passion for your work. You deem no task too small and no challenge too great. If you have the right profile there will be a lot of opportunity to grow within Alfa Laval Group. Preferably, you have a University degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration. You have proven experience from a role within financial controlling, where you have gained a deeper understanding of accounting. You have an excellent analytical mindset and able to dig into details in order to gain deeper understanding of the whole picture. Prior experience working within M3, iScala or similar ERP system is also a merit. You have professional English skills and are an experienced user of Excel.Personal QualitiesYou are an ambitious, curious and flexible team player with a passion for numbers, who pays attention to details and perform work thoroughly and responsibly.
