hela Sverige Nasdaq Finance is currently looking for a Financial Controller. You'll sit in our spacious and open plan factory-style campus, in the renovated former Ford assembly plant in Frihamnen.
The Financial Controller team consists of 5 people and is responsible for Nasdaq?s legal entities in Sweden and Norway. Our business has several different business areas, many complex flows and a large number of transactions.
Position Responsibilities:
• Month end closings.
• Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
• Perform financial analysis and recommend enhancements for process improvements.
• Cooperate with the organization on financial improvements.
• Work with internal and external auditors on quarterly reviews and year-end audit.
• Prepare Annual Financial Statements, income tax and VAT returns and other compulsory reporting.
• Participate in enhancement work to improve existing procedures and ad hoc projects.
Education, Professional accomplishments, and Certifications:
• Education Required: University degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Experience Required: Approximately 3-5 years of relevant experience of accounting and Swedish reporting requirements.
• Knowledge of Swedish legislation is essential.
• Excellent skills in Excel is required.
• Excellent language skills ? English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
