Within Finance we are now hiring a highly motivated, analytical and enthusiastic Financial Controller placed in our office in Upplands Väsby who will drive financial analysis, cost controlling, forecasting/budgeting, initiative tracking and process improvements for support functions across the Nordics and also including the Baltic countries. We are looking for someone with a strong interest in delivering quality outputs and process efficiencies. The right candidate will have the possibility to grow into a key role in cross-company financial projects, financial controlling and financial communication. This position is considered to be a key step as part of the Siemens financial career path.

My responsibilities include:

Managing of financial processes

Performs analysis to support management decision making

Contributor and coordinator of support function forecasts and budgets

Tracking and measurement of support function initiatives

Analyzes monthly actual results and forecasts and provides relevant commentary on deviations

Identifies problem areas and can apply advanced techniques to quickly diagnose and devise solutions

Qualifications needed:

You have an academic degree within Finance and at least 2-4 years of experience from a relevant position within finance.

Budgeting and forecasting abilities are required.

You need to have strong skills in MS-Office applications, especially MS Excel. Experience in SAP would be considered beneficial.

Since you will interact daily with colleagues and managers in UK, Germany, the Nordics and the Baltic countries fluency in English is a requirement.

You should be able to provide quality recommendations to management and coordinate different initiatives and also deliver concise messages and quality presentations to management.

Ability to prioritize and multi task
