We're Tetra Pak's marketing company for the Swedish and Icelandic markets. We market and sell processing, packaging and distribution systems for liquid food products to the food industry. We have about 120 employees.
Cluster North Europe was reorganized on 1st of Jan 2007 into one organization with two Market Areas, MA Nordics and MA UK & Ireland. For MA Nordics the Finance function was centralized in Lund, from where we work across the Nordic organization and the local Market Offices in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. The employees will be employed by Tetra Pak Sverige AB.
You belong to the finance team for MA Nordics and will have strong connections to all of the team members, as integration with the others is key to success for the new organisation.
Now we are looking for a Financial Controller, working with our Danish entity, responsible for internal and external financial reporting of A/S Tetra Pak, Denmark.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• One key area is to support the Market Office analysts during the daily work and book closing process. We will handle four legal entities, where the professional financial support to this team is essential
• Ensure correct and timely reporting in Cartesis
• Support to the operation and Business Controller
• Balance sheet management and analysis
• Fixed assets controlling and follow-up of our equipment leased to customers by Tetra Laval Credit AB
• Expense follow-up and other possible controlling related tasks
• Coordination of tax, bank, insurance and legal matters for the Danish entity.
• Execution of mandatory controls
• Support during the estimate and target process
You should also take an active part in continuous improvement projects that are needed to ensure the Nordic finance function operates in a way that adds value to the business. Our main projects for this year are: 1) Building of our new centralized finance organization in Lund 2) Improving the Finance outsourcing initiative 3) General purchasing project 4) Utilizing the new reporting tools (Cartesis and BW).
The Nordic Finance department in Lund operate today with the Reporting Service Center at Tetra Pak Business Services in Manchester and cooperate with an outsourced transaction service provider, CapGemini, since August 1.
We believe that you have a University degree in Finance/Accounting with relevant professional experience at least 3 years. Good computer knowledge in Excel and SAP R/3 is required. Fluent in English is key to success. Knowledge of bookkeeping and taxation relating to Danish entities are seen as advantage. Knowledge in Cartesis (an internal consolidation tool) is also seen as an advantage.
