As Financial Business Partner, your responsibilities will be to:
• Maintain, describe and support local AX setup and processes
• Manage and support local period closing activities
• Follow up and analyse monthly results, including financial and operational KPIs, within local operation
• Develop and maintain financial and non-financial KPI's in cooperation with local operations management
• Assist in preparation and validation of local business cases (CAPEX and OPEX)
Furthermore, you will participate in the strategy work and follow up on the strategy and pursue the agreed targets within operation.
We are looking for two Financial Business Partners, one for our site in Kolding and one for our site in Bollebygd, Sweden. With reference to our Senior Financial Business Partner in our headquarter in Rødovre you will support our Plant Manager on-site in Kolding or Bollebygd. You will mainly assist with tasks on-site, but will also support your team in Rødovre with operation controlling tasks. You should expect to travel approx. two days a month.
• A Master's degree within Finance, Accounting, Control, Economics
• 1-2 years of experience with controlling, preferably within production
• Strong communication skills in Danish or Swedish and fluent in English
• Experienced user in Excel and knowledge of AX is an advantage but not a requirement
You are goal-oriented, and you do not compromise when it comes to quality. You have an open mind and believe that a collaborative effort is the basis for success. You are structured and have the ability to stay focused on the prioritised activities, but you are also able to think "outside the box". You have customer understanding and high focus on your stakeholders.
