We are now looking for a Financial Controller to join us. If you love working within finance, building effective processes and working independently, we offer you the possibility to work in a role where you get to influence our future ways of working.Your mission - to safeguard accurate financial reporting and develop first-class processesIn this controller position, you are the link between our accounting team and business controlling team and a key enabler for increasing the performance of both functions. You continuously ensure that close processes and financial reporting functions are improved to ensure accurate completion on time. You're responsible for operational steering of the financial reporting, and enables the Sales organization to improve in their financial. Overseeing our cash-flow transactions by tracking our in- and outflow is also an important part of your role, as we NWC is one of our key indicators. Another important and natural part of your job is your ongoing work to develop and improve our routines and processes, so you need to be eager to take on new projects that may land on your desk.Some travel is required. Your profile - an analytical people person with strong business acumenWe are looking for someone with a degree in Finance, and preferably a few years of experience from working with finance in an international environment. You have strategic planning and operations experience, and at the same time understand what it takes for a Sales organization to deliver sustainable results. It's beneficial if you're proficient in analysis and reporting tools as well as reporting systems, such as ERP Aurora or BPC. Knowledge of Power BI, Alterix and Cadency/Trintech is also a plus since we are using them in every book close to measure and follow up on our performance. Previous exposure to the mining, construction or engineering industries is also advantageous. As we operate in an international setting, you need great skills in English, both verbally and in writing, while skills in Swedish are a plus.Your personality makes us better!
