We Offer
SCA Cluster is looking for an ambitious, outgoing and independent Financial Business Partner to Sales.
As a Financial Business Partner, you are going to become a key team player and your role will be to improve the company's profitability through analytical work and constructively challenge how we operate.
Your stakeholders will mainly be within Sales but will vary as you will be operating as a support function within the cluster to provide the best value-add to the executing departments in direct control of both commercial and operational decisions.
The FBP Vision is: To Actively Support Business By Creating Valuable Insight and Enabling Better Decisions For ML Overall.
Key Responsibilities
Your area of responsibility will among other things include:
• Financial Analysis of Cluster performance based on bottom line focus.
• Driving force of performance management within the Cluster.
• Identify value drivers in Cluster and ensure financial focus on areas with largest impact.
• Driving force in setting targets and perform KPI analysis and drive initiatives to address gap to target.
• Perform volume and revenue analysis and drive the forecasting process.
• Analyse and follow up on DnD and surcharges and to assist in commercial and operational decision making.
• Act as a Financial Business Partner to Sales organisation.
• Owner and coordinator of the overall Cluster Action Plan, the Business Performance Report as well as Finance VMS.
• Actively participate in tendor board meetings and perform financial reviews on customer profitability and yield contributions in collaboration with Sales.
• Ad-hoc financial support to Cluster functions including SAL, MKT, CUS and OPS.

• You work well under pressure and with tight deadlines.
• You possess excellent analytical and reporting skills, and are capable of combining an eye for detail with a holistic overview.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Strong Excel skills.
