Klarna is looking for a Financial Business Developer to the office in Stockholm.
Working tasks
It may be a cliché, but there really is no limit for what you can do at Klarna's Risk and Credit Department. The development that both Klarna and the department is going trough is extreme and this is a chance for you to be a part of it!
As part of the Risk & Credit team you are a project manager, a product developer and an analyst all in one. Your projects range from risk balancing to business creation with the overall goal to optimize the amount of transactions Klarna can accept at an acceptable level of risk. You will analyze current risk levels and patterns in the credit portfolio, analyze the exploration of new credit strategies and play a key role in Klarna's current European expansion.
The level of Klarna's growth requires you to at an early stage accept big responsibilities and lead projects with high impact on our business. You will work closely with scorecard developers, the department manager and related departments such as controlling, IT and Sales.
Requirements
We need someone with 1-3 years of experience from analytical and business related positions, such as management consultant, controller or similar. Any experience from e-commerce or entrepreneurial experiences are considered to be a strong merit. You have an academic degree within finance, math, engineering or other training that signals that you are very analytically oriented. We expect you to have a strong academic record.
You are fluent in English and knowledge in any other major European language is a plus. You have very good knowledge in MS Office, especially in Excel, Matlab is a merit.
You are known to be a committed person with a strong drive and energy. Your analytical skills are very high and you are a structured problem solver. You enjoy working both independently and highly collaborative and you have good communication skills. You want to make a difference for the organization you are working for and are not afraid to do what it takes to get the results you want.
