hela Sverige Perido is looking for a financial assistant for our client, an independent and important agency of the European Union. The position is placed at their office in Stockholm.
In this assignment you will take on a broad and exciting role within the Mission and Meeting Department that offers an ever-changing workday. Among other work tasks, you will
• Collaborate with the operational unit in terms of traveling and meeting arrangements, and collaborate with third party suppliers
• Prepare budget summary requests, process reimbursement applications and verify invoices
• Process mission orders, travel claims, as well as respond to queries and questions
We believe that a suitable person for this assignment have some experience of financial, accounting or contracting work and is also familiar with administrative processes and systems. It's important that you feel confident in using Excel as it will be an important tool in your work. Furthermore, we assume that you're flexible and able to structure your work even though you work with several tasks simultaneously. You enjoy building relationships and communicate with team members, colleagues and external resources. Required qualifications
• Proven experience in a financial/accounting/contracting/administrative environment;
• Ability to fill, read and analyse data and tables
• Organisation skills and communication skills (collaboration with external partners and in-house colleagues)
• Proactivity and strong service orientation
• Excellent command of English; oral and written;
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular: Excel).
Meritorious
• Experience in the travel and/or meeting industry
Contract type and hours
Full time with start in April 2017. The assignment lasts for 2 months with possible extension (12 months).
