Job Assignments
As AMRA is scaling up business, we need to grow our Finance department, which is responsible for all finance related areas within the company. We are now looking for a Financial Assistant whose responsibility will be to assist our Financial Manager. The Financial Assistant role at AMRA is an operational role based at the AMRA Medical AB headquarters in Sweden, serving both AMRA Medical AB and AMRA Medical Inc in the US.
The role includes the following tasks:
• General bookkeeping
• Invoicing
• Salaries
• Accounts Payable, Payments
• Accounts Receivable, Collections
• VAT
• Participate in developing systems and processes for the finance area.
The position is placed in Linköping, Sweden.
Who are we looking for?
We believe you want to join a young, exciting and growing company, which will challenge you to develop your skills further and to grow together with us at AMRA Medical.
We believe you have 2-3 years of experience as Finance Assistant and are used to dealing with daily operational finance administration. You have a degree in Finance from at least Swedish Upper Secondary School. Excellent language skills in English and Swedish are required.
You have a positive mindset, like to get things done and you are a team player with the ability to self-management. You have great interpersonal skills and have a communicative ability both verbally and in writing.
