ARE YOU THE BRILLIANT MISFIT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
Due to growth, we are now looking for a Financial Assistant to support our CFO in financial accounting and administration across Seventy Agency Group. You will be key to supporting the financial operations to help fuel our continued growth and success.
This is a part-time role at 50%. We are looking for someone who can work with us on a fixed schedule, but we are flexible as to when you are available.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Process employee expenses, ensuring timely approval and payments of expenses to employees
Reconcile credit card transactions on company cards ensuring colleagues provide appropriate receipts for all their transactions
Reconciliation of bank accounts
Booking client invoices and tracking incoming payments
Weekly payments of supplier invoices
Support in monthly and annual reporting
Support the CFO in salary, pension and benefit administration
Monthly tax and social security reporting
Cash flow monitoring
WE THINK THAT YOU
Have 2+ years of relevant working experience within in a similar financial role
Have solid knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
Are fluent in English and Swedish, both written and verbal
Have proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Are meticulous with detail and accuracy and can spot numerical errors
Are flexible to perform different and varied tasks within financial administration
Are experienced in using financial accounting and salary systems; it is a bonus if you have worked in Fortnox or Visma Lön, but not essential
This role can be done on a hybrid basis, with at least two days per week in our office after a successful onboarding period.
