We are looking for a Financial Assistant for a temporary position with our Accounts Receivable team.
What will you do?
As a Financial Assistant you will be a part of our Accounts Receivable team. We are six colleagues who sits together at our headquarters in Gothenburg. We take care of the customer ledgers in Stena Line Group. As Financial Assistant you will be responsible for incoming payments for your area of responsibility.
Some of your key responsibilities:
• Incoming payments
• Manual invoicing
• Intercompany/Netting
• Direct Debits
• Contact with our colleagues within Stena Line Group and customers
• Reconciliation of customer ledger and suspense accounts
• Month end closing
Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is a bit of a perfectionist, detail-oriented and meticulous. You are used to working independently, take full responsibility for your own work and likes flexibility. If you are outgoing and easy to cooperate with, you will get on well with your new colleagues.
The must-have's:
• At least a high school degree in Business Administration/Economics
• Fluent in Swedish as well as English, written and spoken (German is a plus too!)
• Experience from working in JD Edwards is definitely an advantage

This is a fulltime, temporary position from 1st of September 2018 to 31st of January 2019, based in Gothenburg within our Accounts Receivable team who are a part of our Finance Department.
