Our headquarter is in Stockholm and have offices in several markets, including UK, France, Netherlands, Italy, and Germany. Now we are looking for a Finance Assistant with a passion for numbers, invoices and financial processes who enjoys to work in a flexible and dynamic environment.
About the Role
Position: Finance assistant
Location: Stockholm
Reports to: Head of Finance, EMEA
Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable - Process invoices and follow up with clients, incoming payments
Account Payable - book and pay invoices from suppliers
Assist in the Month end closing process
Track and reconcile bank statements
VAT and salary taxes
Process tax payments
Provide administrative support during budget preparation
Participate in quarterly and annual audits
Support monthly payroll and keep organised records
Requirements
Work experience as a Finance Assistant or similar role
Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)
Familiarity with accounting software
Organisational and time-management skills
Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
Fluent/ Advanced in English (written and spoken)
Experience with the industry of online media
Experience of Sales Force is a merit
